📦 Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to customers all over the world — Asia, Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, just reach out and we’ll confirm.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination:

• Hong Kong & Asia: 5–10 business days
• Europe & North America: 10–20 business days
• Australia & Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package online.

Are there customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@homigohome.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll make it right.

How do I apply iron-on patches?

• Set your iron to 150–160°C (no steam)
• Place the patch on your fabric, design side up
• Cover with a thin cloth and press firmly for 10–15 seconds
• Let cool, then peel
• For extra durability, stitch around the edges

Are the patches washable?

Yes! Our patches are designed to be washable. We recommend washing at 40°C or below and turning the garment inside out to protect the patch.
