✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale

📧 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@homigohome.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
